I live on the Gulf Coast where temperatures and humidity will really take it out of you while exercising as I walk with intermittent sprints, six Miles three or four times a week. hydros trace minerals, and electrolytes is an excellent replacement for when I lose sweating. I would highly recommend it to anyone working or exercising in the heat. .

There’s definitely an interesting flavor to this - not a big fan - but I know it’s good for me so I dilute it.
