Crystal Bling Fan

The fan is beautiful but took over 2 months to get. I shouldn’t have to send messages for the whereabouts of my order. When a note was left about the fan coming in a separate package. I didn’t think anything of it until a whole week went by. When I followed up about it a strange excuse about handmade and taking time was given but was sent out the next day. As handmade business owner myself, I didn’t want to give a hard time but this is poor customer service but the items are beautiful!
