They sent the wong chain. However, their customer support was very quick and helpful. I sent in a few photos of the order and they replaced it with the correct one right away. Other than that, I've ordered from them before and wear one of their chains almost every day. They're very durable and feel well put together.

Another happy purchase I think I have three of them now this one was very sparkly which I didn’t mind. Thank you. You always come through with a great product.
