Ok, so you can see in my photo, I love your hats! This was my second order of the Miami Slice, and it's my favorite hat that I own. The first one was great, however, the new one I just got from you does not fit very well. All of my hats from you are on the same snap setting, with 2 "buttons" showing. The new Miami Vice hat is too tight on that setting this time, for some reason, and it's too loose on the "button" setting. If there's any way you could send a new one, even if to do a swap with, that would be great! I'd happily change the rating to a 5 star! Thank you!
