lovely raw puerh. Definitely gets astringent if you overbrew it, but it's really delicious. Gorgeous color, a pleasant sweetness and flavor. The perfect size for an easy pot or when traveling. I am more of a ripe puerh drinker, but I incorporate raw also for the health benefits and exploring the evolving taste. I gave one as a present to my partner's parents literally just last night, along with another mini toucha. So I'd also say they make a nice little gift when you're a guest at someone's home. It became an entire conversation about puerh teas, how to brew them, why they are special, and now they have a special tea date next week to start trying them.

I love these beautiful tea balls, and they are very convenient when travelling.
