Display Case for LEGO® Ideas: The Office (21336)

Disappointed

After my first purchase of a Wicked Brick display last year, I raved about the quality and end result of how much these Cases being the Lego Display to life, so needless to say I was highly optimistic about my 2nd purchase from the company, so much so that I bought 3 different displays. Of the 3, two of them came damaged after rolling around in the barely protected packaging they were sent in. Yes, they were bubble wrapped. Yes, they were signed off for by the inspector at the shipping warehouse. How then, did they arrive cracked and split in several places?! Well, for starters, they're loose just rolling around in the thin cardboard shell they're shipped in. I was able to overlook this for the first shipment last year. Don't get me wrong, these are beautiful pieces and they truly do bring the display to life, not to mention protect from unwanting hands and the elements. That's why this is so disappointing. When I sent an email showing the damage and explaining what exactly is needed to replace the parts, I was told it may take weeks for a response...on top of the months it took to receive them. I'm as patient as I need to be, but this is pushing it. PLEASE, Wicked Brick, make things right, and do a better job at shipping with the materials used to protect the investment of your customers. In a lot of cases, these displays are more expensive than the sets themselves. I remain optimistic, but PLEASE do a better job.

10 semaines d'attente et deux pièces cassées lors de la réception du colis. On me demande deux semaines de plus pour avoir une réponse et une des plaques est vraiment mal finie avec des traces de la découpe..

Love this case how the Lego slots in perfectly, this would be an awkward one to keep dust free so a case was definitely needed. Ordered a down light to light it up from above so will add another pic when it arrives.
