Excellent customer service, again and again

I own one of these e-pumps which works flawlessly but after a while the connector from the hose broke. I reached out to Mark for a replacement and although this was not an urgent matter since I have a manual pump I still use to inflate my boards, Mark sent immediately a replacement hose kit (all the connectors included), by FedEx, free of charge although the product was out of warranty. This is what can be called customer appreciation because it’s way above and beyond the notion of customer service. Thank you, Mark.
