This paddle is so nice for witching to kayak mode on my paddle board. I've been working on teaching my dog to ride with me and I can't do much standing when he's onboard, lol. Using the paddle kayak style is super helpful. I expect it will also be very handy if I'm in a strong wind or current and need to sit - I just haven't had that situation happen since getting my new paddle.
