Yale Assure Lock 2 Keypad with Bluetooth

I ordered two smart locks and a deadbolt keyed the same. Everything arrived as advertised. One of the deadbolts didn’t fit my front door (door was too thick) and I’m a little disappointed that Yale doesn’t sell an extender kit for these locks and that their customer service makes returns, exchanges and questions very difficult. If I were to buy their products again, I’d probably do it at a store instead of online.
