Very pleased with this portable incubator works great does not dry out the puppies at all no additional humidity necessary.. I also purchased the oxygen concentrator and even though it was not the model that I expected it ended up working out .... the issue that I had was when I reached out to customer service( and express my concern over the oxygen concentrator not being the model in which I was expecting I was spoken to very rude to by Brody very poor customer service.. the puppy care kit for $105 was awful just awful the digital thermometer that came was low battery and ended up not working the feeding tube was not as described it was a cheap plastic instead of a rubber one that was described.. the bottle they sent was horrible leaked everywhere and the milk that they sent was not mayenberg's goat milk it was a cheap substitute that I just tossed so I basically wasted $105 thought about asking for a refund but didn't want to deal with the rude customer service again from Brody
