Teal Gratitude Journal

I love love love this journal. I have purchased several for my friends and I am currently on my third for myself. It looks beautiful, its easy to use and part of my none negotiable daily routine each morning and afternoon. I have noticed a huge difference in myself when using my journal on a regular basis. Cant wait to get my fourth!

I 100 percent recommend journaling to everyone now. The gratitude journal and its prompts has been a game changer for me, rather than be an empty page for me to struggle to put pen to paper, I have found that the prompts in the journal have already shifted my thinking throughout the day and I am looking for things to be grateful for!
