Damaged shipping box and partial loss of Rice

Picked up my order a couple of days ago and noticed that the box was damaged and repaired with scotch tape. When I got home I opened the box and noticed that one bag had a large rip in it and about half of its contents missing with the rest still there. A little disappointing but anxious to cook the rice tomorrow night and determine if all the good reviews are right

Absolutely delicious

Chico’s blonde rice is wonderfully delicious. You can really taste the difference between this brand and the other organic brands. I was nervous to see how the blonde rice would do in my house as my family typically are not big fans of brown rice. Everyone loved it! It is very versatile, I’ve made it as a simple rice for our fish bowls to Arroz con pollo. I look forward to continuing using this delicious rice for my family.

Wholesome California Rice

Rice has cooked up nicely with a good nutty flavor. We like that the rice has most of the nutrition of brown rice, but the softness of white rice. We contacted Chico about an issue with the order, and they responded back quickly and resolved our issue. Very quick ship time and fresh rice from the farm!
