Ready-to-Run Reflow Oven

It just works

I was originally concerned about buying a "DIY" toaster oven refit instead of a "name brand" reflow oven. But I am a believer now. It is not technically ready-to-run since you need to attach the controller and servo to a bracket on the front (necessary so that it could be packed for shipment). But once done, I plugged it in, put in my first test board and pressed run. Shortly after it was done and the solder joints were beautiful. This truly looks like the sweet spot for small board prototyping. It is clearly well-calibrated with an appropriate profile right out of the box. The display has good graphic information about the progress during the run and the controls are easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this oven.
