Health Factory Nano Magnesium

Great magnesium!

Myself and my family love this magnesium. I have seen an improvement in sleep with my two young girls and they can take it no problem which is great.

So far so good

I think it's a bit too early to tell if it's really making a difference yet as most supplements take a few weeks to settle into the body. It arrived well packaged, it's easy to take, both me and my 5yo take it with no problem. My kid has a lot of allergies so it is really helpful to have allergy safe supplements like this without loads of additives and weird ingredients. I'm hoping it is going to help with our sleep.

Highly recommend it. First use, I have slept 8 hrs straight without having to wake up. Totally smooth. Ordering again. A bit on the pricey side.
