I bought this to try the new chocolate recipe on Raw Living, & it’s sooo good! Tastes incredible, the chocolate is definitely going to be made in repeat in my home. It’s too early to talk about the benefits of the collagen, but I’d purchase again just for the flavour…

Tasty and easy to drink

Collagen has recently become something of a buzz word in my world. As a woman who has now entered her 40s every single ad or conversation I encounter keeps informing me how I need more collagen to support my body/skin. There appears to be a lot of options on the market of varying prices but I always head straight to Raw Living for conscious brands that aren't gimmicky. The Ancient & Brave option stood out as for me as it's vegan and also I thought the packaging looked quite classy. Firstly, the smell and taste is quite pleasant. A lot of supplements call for you to just pinch your nose and suck it up knowing it's good for you (hello spirulina and wheatgrass) but I drink the powder as a standalone shot mixed with a little water every morning and it's totally fine. You could easily add to a smoothie etc. as part of your daily regime. I've only been taking the supplement a few weeks but I have noticed a difference to my skin. Usually after travelling on a plane my skin dries out and is akin to a raisin but I noticed on recent travel that my skin coped really well and still felt full and firm. As a vegan option I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to add collagen into their daily regime.
