Very easy to take
This is lovely stuff- very clear and palatable, easy to take added to any drink with a lovely mild flavour and smooth mouthfeel. I use it added to warm water with activated charcoal and Chlorella for a supercharged drink. I added apple cider vinegar to it during a liver flush.
