Custom Orthotics for Flat Feet

My experience with Stride Soles has been excellent from start to finish. I was replacing old custom orthotics (which I wear everyday) and found Stride Soles online. It was very easy to scan the bottoms of my feet and submit to the company. Within a couple of weeks I had my custom orthotics in my mailbox. The orthotics are superior to my old custom orthotic insoles in comfort and customization. They feel like a perfect fit and feel more customized to the undulations of my feet. I dealt with customer service which was excellent in calling me to answer any questions I had prior to ordering.

There was an error in the order & 2 pairs of orthotics were sent for tennis shoes and not one for tennis shoes & one for boots as ordered. They immediately addressed the issue and are shipping a pair of orthotics for boots and they told me to just keep the extra pair. I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service.

Good product, not great communication.

Took a month for them to fill my order and received almost no information about the status of my order during that time, despite my requests. The only update a couple weeks in was to inform me that because of the size of my foot, they had to move the printing of the orthotic to their lab in Germany. It was another two weeks before I received the order.
