The Add a Layer

We bought 1/4 of a cow from a local farm and knew we would need a way to organize our chest freezer. I purchased the ‘add a layer’ and an extra basket. Super easy to install and works like a charm! Now all our frozen meats are organized and easy to get to! Fast shipping and amazing product! Highly recommend!!!

We have a very small chest freezer, but still a hassle to find anything or organize. This little system was perfect. Worked with support to make sure we were ordering the correct items which were then customized. The video installation instructions were great. It was easy to install and now the freezer is organized into types and age of items. We just have one container on each level (plus two skinny wire containers that came with our freezer), but is still enough to organize perfectly. Love how the slide back and forth on the rails. We did make one small adjustment after installation to shave off the little “ribs” on one side of the bottom two containers so that it was super easy to pull out and put back in. It was a touch too snug before to pull out, but easy enough to remedy with little tool we had to shave off some of the plastic ribs underneath on one side. Highly recommend for chest freezers.
