There’s nothing I cook or prepare anymore without using one of the many, many mingle flavours I have. I mix various ones in with cottage cheese to flavour it along with sweet chilli sauce & it gives me a delicious base to mix with tomato, cucumber & chicken or beef. Healthy, high protein meals. I also use the Korean bbq spice as a rub on meats. YUM!!!
