iPhone 16 Pro Max Leather Wallet Case - Burkley Classic 2-in-1 Detachable Folio, Distressed Coffee

SEE UPDATE BELOW. Initially this product was very good. The outer leather case held up well and still does. My issue is with the platic and leather case the phone slides into. After a year of normal use this case slowly started cracking and falling apart until the case will no longer hold the phone safely. The bookbook case (not made for this model) always worked and held together much better than this. I would not recommend this case for long term use. A case should not fall apart from general use such as this. UPDATE: After contacting customer service to discuss the issue, they agreed to send a replacement item, all i had to pay was shipping. This was greatly appreciated. I also must note that the customer service was extremely responsive with every email responding almost immediately. Customer service with quick response time is hard to find these days and this company is one of the best I’ve seen in a while. Thank you for the stellar customer service.
