lashes are terrific - glue is awful. Have sent multiple emails to get replacements and no reply. I have had the same issue with the gloppy sticky glue and they keep coming, and it is never better... lookig for replacements PLEASE! Also, I have credits on my account ongoingly and somehow the credits are not getting applied to my subscription. Can someone from customer service assist. Thank you!!!!
