Easy to make & good protein source

This is such a convenient product to have in stock (I’ve bought it more than once and likely will again)! I serve it often, either as a side flavored with vegetable or chicken stock, or either with raisins and onions for my family. Since I myself am vegetarian, I find this quinoa to be a delicious accompaniment to beans or lentils, and a good source of protein and fiber. It’s pretty filling, too!
