Cozy Series GT205 Diamond Elite

The chair overall seems to be sturdily built. The issues that I have with it are in regards to the padding & the footrest. The padding on the seat and the back of the chair is not comfortable. The padded wings on the sides of the chair & at the headrest provide no support and seem barely stuffed. Lumbar support is non-existent. The seat of the chair is hard & I’ve already decided I’ll be using a cushion on top of it. The quality of the PU Leather material is also lower than I expected from the images & desceiptions. The footrest isnt something I really plan on using much, but it is flimsy and I worry about it bending or breaking.

Very unhappy with the customerc service. The quality of the parts is sub par. The build is not of good quality, not satisfied with the product at all. I understand there are SLIGHT COLR VARIATIONS but what i got and what they show are just too different. Reurning it is possible but too maney requirments that mean i will end up paying for return shipping and for scres that are of enferior qulity that were damaged during instalation. So i will bitevthe bulket and keep it and hope it lasts at least three years.

very comfortable, holds up very well and good price
