Cozy Series GT205 Diamond Elite

2 out of the 5 wheels were broken with the black plastic covering. The bolts for the chair were all over the box. Not too happy about things being broken when it was for my girlfriend’s birthday.

Easy assembly, items are very well made and a little heavy (which is a sign of good materials). Very comfy to sit on and adjusts pretty smooth

I knew the real chair wouldnt look like the picture, but I’m just so dissapointed. Very cheaply made, cushions are totally flat even after several days, and there is absolutely no neck support. Not worth 200+ bucks. The main positive is the fabric feels nice and won’t crack/peel like the fake leather stuff. I would return but that would be very difficult.
