These French edge tools are great. They are well balanced and fairly sharp. I did have to strop them pretty good. The blades change out nicely, but they don't just fall out of the handle. I'm still learning how to use them but, so far I like them. The website was spot on with the description. I highly recommend this edge tools. I already made a case for them.
