Looks good but when you edge and burnish it is rough from the tannery pasting on back

This is the second time I have purchased this leather, very good consistency of product.

This is a beautiful piece of leather. Not what I expected, but that's my fault. The leather seems to have some kind of coating on it that was not in the description nor was my expectations. I will do my research better next time.
