Great kettle.

I've been using this kettle for around 3 weeks, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It took me a lot of consideration between 3 different kettles and after deliberating I chose the Artisan Barista Smart Kettle and I don't regret it. 2 of the things I like the most are, that I can choose whatever to keep it warm or not, in comparison to most kettles where they are set to keep warm the other one are the holes at the top where the steam can be re released.

Aesthetically pleasing

Great experience so far. The kettle is working as it should. The Hold function is really a good add-on to my previous kettle, creating better brew. The downside is the water level o ly visible on one side, i am left handed so I couldnt see the water level (when filling), i would have to flip to off-hand to be able to see the water level.
