Outstanding Customer Service

I had an issue with a printed-parts order that appeared to get lost in the USPS void. West3D responded quickly, took ownership of the problem, and immediately sent out replacement parts without any hassle. Communication was clear, timely, and genuinely customer-focused throughout the entire process. The replacement parts arrived exactly as promised, and they even offered an easy path to return duplicates if the original shipment ever showed up. That level of proactive support is rare these days. Solid products, excellent communication, and customer service done right. I'll absolutely continue ordering form West3D.

My confusion

Got the parts in. Great quality parts. Beautiful prints. Thought I was missing pieces based on the pictures. The top hat for the new versions is different. The problem is having to try to flip between voron build instructions and ldo supplements. Ldo should make their own from start to finish. The people at west 3d told me to let them know and they’d make it right. Typical great service from them. I just need to get to building and figure out what’s what
