Warped Parts and Delayed Replacements
I ordered PIF parts for a 350 Voron Trident through West3D, primarily to have a managed and accountable fulfillment process rather than working directly with an individual PIF partner. The initial shipment had numerous warped functional parts including the A/B drives, idlers, and XY joints. Several cosmetic parts required reprinting due to warp and there were missing alignments spacers. West3D was quick to respond and arranged for no cost replacements. However, there were delays between the initial acknowledgment and the package actually being printed and shipped, which required multiple follow-ups on my end. While the replacement parts ultimately arrived in the functional components are now installed, the overall timeline was longer than expected for an expedited corrective shipment. This was especially frustrating as I had taken time off of work for this build. West3D did ultimately resolve the issue and ensure delivery, but the process required more oversight than I anticipated given the premium charged for managed PIF fulfillment.

Good quality printed parts
Good parts. Everything was printed properly and there was very little cleanup to do before using the parts.

Good quality parts, but missing a few critical items
I really wanted to rate this 5 stars, or even 4.5 but it didn't quite make it. The parts themselves are fantastic, both visually and functionally. The parts came in bags that were roughly grouped by function (e.g. panel clips, electronics bay, etc) but labeling the bags and including a BOM with reference to the bag # would be very helpful. Be sure to check ALL the bags, even the alternate color bag, when looking for a particular part. Now the reason for 4-stars: My order was missing several pieces that are functional parts. It was also missing one part I specifically asked for and one part LDO calls out in their directions (the CW cable cover with thermistor mount). Luckily I was able to print the really critical pieces in PETG on my existing printer and the rest on my completed printer in ASA. In the end these missing parts were an irritant not a show-stopper but are not indicative of a 5-star product. Would I buy again? Yes.
