Voucher - Knife Sharpening Tuition

Bought this for my Son for Christmas he has a passion for all things food! He hasn’t had the tuition experience yet so I can’t fully review yet. The voucher came in email form but also a lovely card form through the post the only slight disappointment was that it didn’t contain the personal message that I had added, He was over the moon with the gift and can’t wait to have the tuition session.

This was a Xmas gift for my partner. He felt that although the tutor was knowledgeable and demonstrated well, the overall experience felt rushed and finished early. The advice in store was to take a selection of knives along but the focus was on how to sharpen only one style of knife (Japanese type) and gave no guidance on sharpening general kitchen knives. He wanted to buy a sharpening stone at the end using the 10% discount for course participants….the stone was out of stock and he was told that he couldn’t use the discount to buy it online when restocked! Overall underwhelming and a tad disappointing for a Xmas gift.
