Ok, but not the best
The Runner-Up lives up to it's name. While it is warm enough for winter wear and the waterproof rubber over the toes was great for the snowy winter we had this year, they are not as comfortable as some of the other styles. There is not as much cushioning inside and I am only able to wear them for a day or two at a time. They are not able to be my go to shoes everyday. Additionally the front lip of the sole on one of the shoes started to peel off within a month or two of wear. It has not impacted the water resistance of the shoe, but doesn't look great. Rather disappointed as this is the second pair of All Birds in a row that I have purchased and been disappointed by the quality and longevity, compared to other pairs I have purchased in the past that have been super comfortable and have lasted for years.

hurt in the back
The back of the shoe comes in too much and cuts circulation at the back of my ankle, even if i tie the shoes loosely. I like that they are all black and wool, good for cold winters, but they hurt my feet a lot when i used them for a vacation in Japan and I ended up buying other shoes over there even though I was trying to pack light. I just feel back giving them to someone or donating them when they were so expensive.

Got these on sale for a good price in black. I like them and liked that the rubber part is black instead of white. They are a little more “athletic” looking than I thought they would be. I am glad I went 1/2 size up or I don’t think they would have worked.
