Ordered this system to self-train for my office at work. I purchased the GRP2612P and connected my cordless phone to one of the FXS ports for testing features. The system is connected to a copper line which is easy with just two detections needing to be run for optimization. I was able to test the IVR, paging, ring groups, and voicemail setup among other things. The only thing I found a bit cumbersome was the voicemail and greeting recording setup only appeared accessible by the extension user login itself. This isn't the end of the world but if you have many extensions, will get time-consuming. The best feature in my opinion is the search box. If you have an inclination of what you are looking for, just type in a keyword and all of the options will show up with the path to get to it from the left menu stack. Overall, I have had an excellent experience and recommend it without reservation.
