Dune Cup 12oz

Unfortunately, the performance falls far short where it matters most for a travel mug: heat retention. I filled it with hot coffee, and within about 20-25 minutes it was already lukewarm at best. By the 40-minute mark, it was barely warmer than room temperature. For a ceramic mug marketed as a “Dune Cup” (which suggests something durable and insulating), it simply doesn’t maintain heat for any worthwhile amount of time. At this price point, I’m quite disappointed. Since I’ve already used it, returning it isn’t really an option, so it’s now basically serving as a decorative piece on my home barista setup. If you’re buying this purely for looks and occasional short sips, it might be fine. But if you need your drink to stay hot for more than half an hour, I’d look elsewhere. Pretty, but not practical for actual use.

So nice! this is the smaller version. It is great. Of course, ceramic is not as heat proof as the insulated "mugs" we have become used to so am grateful for the sleeve. The silicone lid fits perfectly. Overall very pleased.

Love the cup, was a little bummed to pay for two day shipping and delivery took a week
