Very important tool
Keeps my feet warm and dry during road cycling in off weather conditions. Only minor observation was I thought the BOA closure knob would be bidirectional to allow for adjustments on the fly. Not a deal breaker for an awesome product

Working well
I ordered wide and two sizes larger than my standard and still snug in the toe box. I replaced with winter reflective sole insert. I used shoe horns to stretch toe box to good effect and now room with winter wool socks and even chemical toe warmers on top. I am happy with the purchase. My one disappointment was that I had thought they were water proof but now do not see any such claims beyond that the boots were designed for cold and wet rides. My feet were soaked with the boot wet through and through after a ride in the rain today.

Winter road boots
The sizing is different than the SPD version which is roomier. These are very tight. I would size up two sizes instead of just one size. Overall insulation is great. Warm down to 32° below 32°, here in Utah, toe warmers or heated socks are a must.
