Customer service was terrific, we had lots of questions. Our old tank was too small for our household. They answered all of them ..best tank size for the amount of people, how do we install... and so on. We then thought about it , then asked some more questions...then finally bought the....tank, resin...works great. Everyone was very helpful, answered all our questions. We were able to install ourselves. Once we ordered everything we needed, we got our packages pretty fast.
