The V3186 is an transformer DC adapter for Clack's CWS series. The adapter is a 110V -120V input and 15-volt DC output voltage used by Clack WS1 valves and other "brands" that use the Clack-type valve under their private label.

Exactly what I needed!

The lightening blew my water softener power cord apart straight out of the socket but, thanks to the help of google search with a picture, I was able to find an exact replacement at a reasonable price to see if my water softener would still be operational or completely out of commission. Thankfully the power cord was exactly what I needed to get my water softener back in commission. (Whew!)
