Ordering was so easy on the website. They sent out a free ring size checker which was super handy before ordering our rings. As soon as the ring arrived the packaging is beautiful. We noticed the ring was slightly too small and customer service was really quick to respond and sent out a replacement ring along with the instructions and packaging to send the original one back.

Excellent service, and due to an error sent out a new ring straight away with a pre paid envelope to put the old one into. Quality was top notch too, you could really feel the weight!

Ordered a ring & ordered wrong size, Emailed them to explain & the day after got a ring in the right size with prepaid envelope to send the other ring back. Brilliant service, lovely ring, would 100% recomend this company. Thank you. X
