I love the ease of taking these yummy gummies much better than having to swallow more supplements. These taste great and easily get the supplements I need into my system. I am not sure about feeling the effects but I would know that I am adding to my stack of better wellness.

I have enjoyed these gummies. I have been consistently taking these along with a few other Jugo supplements. These seem to keep me mentally clear but also more even tempered through the day. I take two mid morning. They do have a bit of sugar however that helps with m y recovery.
