Spider Plant 'Reverse'

The spider plant came in looking kind of wilted, brown and not very healthy. Within a couple of days it had turned completely black.

1 of the 2 plants arrived with a third of the leaves rotten at the dirt level, and since then, more leaves have continued to rot. I am not sure if it will survive. This is the 2nd order that has been a huge disappointment and I will not order, nor will I recommend, your buainess.
