Succulent 'String of Bananas'

My experience has not been a good one. I received a 3 month house plant supply as a Christmas gift from my daughter-in-law. The first shipment came in January to Idaho in subzero weather by usps. One plant was totally frozen. The second survived but has many scars on its leaves. The second shipment of succulents came the same way in February- totally frozen. I sent a picture and asked that three be replaced and mentioned my first shipment and asked that one be replaced. I asked to have the next shipment sent in April and the replacements come then or May. I had to remind you in April and three plants were sent to my door, not usps. Those were beautiful and arrived in good shape. At the end of May I had not received my frozen replacements and contacted your customer service. He said they were out of replacements so I said just pick 4 plants and send them. So he sent one succulent. I contacted him again and said that I expected 3 succulents or just 3 plants and received 1 and that I hadn’t received a replacement for my January plant that was frozen. I picked two succulents and received those but have never have even had an acknowledgment about the January frozen plant so I gave up! I haven’t wanted to tell my daughter-in- law about my experience but probably will at some point as I think she shouldn’t order from you again. The plants I finally did receive were beautiful but what an effort to receive them!
