I Have 3 on different properties. They work great.

Products works well but the company will tell you they are no longer running the 1 year of free Sprinkler+ service. Even though the product came with a redemption code and, at the time of this review, still advertise it on their site. It took a little back and forth with their support to get them to honor it by sending a $10 gift card. 4 stars due to the subscription hassle.

The power supply was defective causing it to overheat. I reached out to Wyze and the only option according to them was to get a gift card or refund. There were no units to replace the AC power adapter... Apparently this is a very common issue just by looking at Reddit. Bad experience as this was my first Wyze device.
