I ordered 8 skeins of yarn: Peacock, light blue, mustard, tan (chenille brights), white, denim, garnet, sage (basix chunky). This order was packaged securely and received quickly. I love the colors, the texture, and the softness of the yarn.
I want to thank customer service. I sent an email asking about the status of my order because I thought it was running late. I received a prompt response letting me know the process was on time and my order was being shipped. That’s when I realized I must have looked at the order date incorrectly. The customer service team handled my concerns and were extremely professional.
