Poor replacement for loose leaf tea

I have purchased your looseleaf Assam for over 15 years. I have always felt your tea was of the highest quality with the best flavor. Upon ordering recently, I discovered that you were no longer packaging the looseleaf tea. I ordered the teabags and could not have been more disappointed. The quality of the tea is nothing like the loose leaf. I use a tea strainer and do not care for using a teabag with a preset portion of leaves in it. There is a tremendous amount of waste with these teabags, even if they are compostable. Sadly, I will not be ordering from you again. Please let me know if you decide to produce the looseleaf tea again .

Great tea. Drink it every morning. Bag sealing is a bit of a problem. But, thats why they have gallon zip lock bags at the supermarket.
