Customer service lacking

I bought n ukelele for my grandaughter. I bought the wrong one. I tried emailing and phoning WINZZ multiple times to find out if I could just make an exchange. Noone ever bothered to get back to me, even to tell me it wasn't possible. I won't purchase from this company again and I certainly will NOT recommend it to anyone!
