Overall OK for wireless earbuds

Bluetooth connectivity is reliable and easy to set up, and overall sound quality is good for both music and calls. The issue is with the ambient (Aware) feature. In low-noise environments it works fine, but under real workshop conditions it struggles. When running a jointer and vacuum together, the ambient mics produced a static-like feedback that made them uncomfortable to use. Turning the ambient feature off improves things, but that defeats the purpose of buying the Aware version in the first place. Apple AirPods Pro with noise cancellation worked just as well which was disappointing. What makes this more frustrating is that I own another ISOtunes headset that does not use the Aware function, and it performs significantly better in the same environment. So this does not feel like a general limitation of the brand. At around $300, I would expect the ambient system to handle high-noise scenarios more intelligently. Ideally, it should either temporarily cut ambient audio when noise exceeds a threshold or automatically reduce mic sensitivity instead of introducing distortion. Bottom line, as standard Bluetooth earplugs, they are solid. But the Aware feature, which is a key selling point, is unreliable in louder workshop conditions and hard to justify at this price.

Bought these for my husband who has tinnitus and hearing loss in one ear. They drown out the noise and pick up the voices, so he can actually hear better when wearing them! Definitely recommend 👍

Lasted a year then one side died and wont turn on .

Like others have said they worked well until they dont. Seem like a common failure where one side fails to turn on despite factory resets and going through trouble shooting guides.
