The company is great! I deleted my bad review. They emailed me back for replacement for the gas cylinder and shipped the next few days and arrived. Again im so sorry but thank you again for responding and replacement

This was definitely a great product. The instructions were super simple. Fast shipping too! Easy installing. Very comfortable. The pillows were a nice touch. The only reason that I am not putting 5/5 stars is because I had ordered the blue color… but it came in black. I totally understand due to the fact that I personally had some shipping issues with accidentally putting my PO Box instead of my address. The customer service team did a fantastic job by emailing me immediately. Lastly, amazing product and I do wish it came in the blue.

Chair broke in a week, horribke product, missing parts, little to no support in getting a replacement and all the necessary parts
