Good product!
I am a college strength coach who likes to travel. This item has a lot of versatility as it can be brought anywhere with relative ease and is very compact. It’s nice because you can use a variety of load using traditional Olympic size plates and bands instead of buying several different kettles bells to meet a similar need. Quality product!
