It is machine knit, but the design is so, so beautiful and unique. And when you're buying, you're buying directly from the artist. She packed and sent it out directly. Her work is beautiful! Buy it!

… I have had this pinned for years and I finally bought it!!! It’s so cool. I’m so cool now. I can’t wait to buy my wall a blanket. And maybe I need a scarf. Yes I need that too. The sweater is so soft and warm. I live in SF. I’m very warm, and very cool now. 💕
