A passthrough window is essential if want visibility through your camper or if you want access to your cab when you're inside your camper. An absolute must have in my opinion. Don’t take for granted the ease of washing that back window with ease. And just the cool factor of these LP’s mean you’re going to be talking a LOT at the gas station with the Overlanding-curious.

I like the Passthrough Window, but I personally think it is positioned too low. When seated in the driver's seat and looking through the rear-view mirror, I can only see the lower half of my V2 rear window...which cuts off full view of following traffic. If the passthrough was mounted higher, like in the very middle of the V2 front panel, I would have full view out the back. There is a pro to its position, however. The extra space above the passthrough window is a great place to store extra gear on the molle panels if you have them. I intend to mount a few of Lone Peak's Gear Bags up there with essentials, i.e., first aid kit, spare parts, etc. Also, on mine, the metal plate opposite the sliding window handle, has a sharp burr on the upper left corner. This was sharp until I filed it down. Thanks, Lone Peak, but consider having the option for lower, mid, upper, placement. Cheers!

Critical for seeing through the camper to the rear of your vehicle. Makes driving with the extra payload much safer and give me peace of mind knowing I have access to the cab from within the camper as well.
