2023 Blue Sky on Mars 100g Crassicolumna cake

Unique and delicious

It's a pretty interesting blend, very good! Crassicolumna teas have a unique taste that's a bit different from normal tea. The ratio of black to sheng tea in this cake is excellent and really helps highlight the strengths of both. In my experience, crassicolumna shengs tend to be quite vegetal, but the smaller ratio of it paired with the black tea is fantastic. It helps highlight the floral notes and sweetness of the black tea without overpowering it. This is a great cake and I really enjoyed it (maybe even more than the unblended crassicolumnas I've had). Would recommend!

I didn't believe this is actually zero caffeine, but it is substantially reduced. Pretty easy to brew and tastes like a very high quality black tea mixed with an aged white. Great overall but if you're looking for a sheng experience this won't be it. This is a cake I will purchase again
