I own a rackable dumbbell holder, it’s very well built and sturdy BUT you have to position them very precisely to be able to unrack from a position of strength and have enough to clearance to do so the movement without hitting them. I find myself not using them most of the time. I much prefer the abmat cushions. I just position them on my quads and in a smooth motion layback on the bench and prop up the dumbbells. When you’re lifting heavier weight you don’t want to be thinking about not hitting the dumbbell rack.

Buy it. Thats all i have to say. If you have loadable dumbells, do not waste another minute, ORDER THIS. I bought 2 sets. Very upset at myself for not having these since day one of ordering my dumbells.
